What are the precautions for adjusting and installing the cutting guide?

1. The acceptance and confirmation of the front guide guard on the line must be in place, and the basic parameters and functions of the guide guard must be mastered.
2. The installation of all guide guards and crossbeams must follow the principle of "three flat and straight", and the distance between the guide guard roller and the rolling groove should be installed strictly in accordance with the operating process requirements. The installation of the K3 exit guide guard should pay attention to the verticality of the guide guard and the guide guard box. It is strictly forbidden to install the inclined exit guide guard, which will cause the K3 exit to fly steel on one side.
3. The guide guard roller adjusts the center line symmetrically, and the guide roller clamping sample bar is tight enough to prevent accidents such as uneven cutting and cutting deviation.
4. The guide guard must be firmly fixed: the guide guard top screw, grip plate top screw, grip plate locking screw, grip plate spring, etc. must be firm to prevent loosening during rolling and cause poor rolling.
5. The 9# machine uses an exit torsion tube, the angle changes, generally about 30-40 degrees, and the torsion guide roller gap is generally larger than the material type 4-8mm, combined with the actual situation on site (9# machine exit torsion and torsion distance, guide roller gap, torsion angle).
6. The stacking relationship between the middle and finishing rolling stands should be appropriate. Steel drawing is strictly prohibited, especially the steel drawing between 8#, 9#, and 10# will cause the first knife size of the finished product to change (no ribs on the east and west lines).
7. The difference between the east and west roll gaps of the 8# machine affects the difference between the east and west roll gaps of the finished product. Under normal circumstances, the west roll gap of the 8# machine affects the size of the east side of the finished product (the larger the west roll gap, the larger the east side of the finished product. On the contrary.) When the east-west line difference is not large (the size difference between the east and west sides is within 1mm), the east-west roll gap of the 8# machine can be appropriately adjusted to ensure the quality of the finished product, but it is strictly prohibited to make large adjustments (the premise is that K3 and K4 imports are aligned with the rolling groove).
